The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) for Monterey County is your nonprofit, independent, donor-supported humane society that has been serving the animals and people of Monterey County since 1905. The SPCA is not a chapter of any other agency and does not have a parent organization. They shelter homeless, neglected and abused pets and livestock, and provide humane education and countless other services to the community. They are the local agency you call to investigate animal cruelty, rescue and rehabilitate injured wildlife, and aid domestic animals in distress. Online at www.SPCAmc.org.

About Our Rescue Group We are a 100% not for profit society and is volunteer run and are located in the Edmonton capital region. We are a foster home placement rescue there is no facility to visit. We work closely with several local rescue groups in Alberta. We work with rescue shelters in the United States, and we will transport toy and small breed dogs under 20 pounds that are about to be euthanized, then place the dogs in foster homes until a forever family is found. We will provide care for toy and small breed dogs who's owners are no longer able to care for them, by placing them in stable foster homes until a forever home is found.

Paws and Claws Animal Adoption and Care Center, Inc. is a nonprofit organization created for the welfare of homeless cats and dogs. Our priority is to facilitate the adoption and care of stray, abandoned, abused or surrendered animals. We will work diligently to place the animals into permanent, loving homes. In the interim, Paws and Claws will provide the animals with clean, safe surroundings and assure they receive veterinary care, proper nourishment, training, rehabilitation and plenty of love, companionship and attention.

The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals of Niagara, Inc. is a charitable community resource, dedicated to protecting and providing shelter and comfort to all animals in need. The mission of the Niagara County SPCA, Inc. is to prevent cruelty to all animals, to help educate the public on the humane treatment of animals and to provide love and care for those companion animals with whom we come in contact. We promote adoption and re-homing for abandoned and unwanted companion animals. We promote humane treatment of all living things and work within the law to respond to and investigate all complaints of cruelty and neglect.

tlc Rescue is a recently incorporated not-for-profit organization with pending public charity status under 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. tlc Rescue was founded by three women who have actively dedicated much of their lives to ensuring that all animals (particularly cats and dogs) are not living on the streets, homeless and/or being neglected or abused. Our rescue efforts focus on Westchester County, New York, primarily in the southern end of the county. We often work with other rescue groups and shelters, most of whom have insufficient space for all of their cats to roam freely. Our philosophy is that no cat should be caged, except when needed to address temporary medical issues. We believe that cats need room to play, lounge and interact with each other and humans in an open environment. Our facility currently consists of six rooms for cats. Each room has ample windows, pet beds, scratching posts, cat trees, and lots of toys to keep the cats stimulated throughout the day. We designate space for newly rescued cats to be isolated while recovering from spay or neuter surgery until it can be determined which other cats they will get along best with until adopted. We also offer critical aftercare space for ferals in our TNR (Trap Neuter Release) program that aims to stop animal overpopulation. We currently work with other groups to assist dogs in need, and hope to expand and be able to help more directly.

Rocky's Rescue is a non-profit volunteer based rescue group, based out of Western Idaho. We're dedicated to saving homeless and abandoned dogs from overcrowded animal shelters. We also help dogs from other areas that have compelling situations where they are in danger of abuse, neglect or euthanasia. Rocky's Rescue places dogs into temporary foster homes where they are socialized, spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and treated for any medical or behavioral conditions limiting their adoptability. Rocky's Rescue also provides assistance to individuals and other animal rescue groups fostering dogs who cannot continue to care for their rescue for whatever reason. . We believe saved animals do best when placed in loving homes, and our organization is strictly foster-based. Rocky's Rescue's ultimate goal is to create a world where all companion animals have loving and permanent homes and where no good natured dogs, no matter what their age, are killed in shelters because they are considered to be surplus or un-adoptable. The World Animal Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to the preservation and protection of the planet and the animals that inhabit it. WAF works with other not-for-profit organizations dedicated to planet preservation and animal issues. WAF works through public education, research, investigations, animal rescue, legislation, special events, and direct action. WAF is an all volunteer organization.

Virginia German Shepherd Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, all volunteer organization dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation and re-homing of the German Shepherd Dog. We provide a safe haven for German Shepherds (and, sometimes, other breeds/mixes) who are left in shelters to await uncertain fate; are owner surrenders (moving, illness, divorce, death, etc.); or are victims of abuse or neglect. We adopt dogs to loving, responsible and secure homes, typically, in Virginia and the Metropolitan Washington, D.C., area.

2 women over 50 yrs of age who have fostered for Helotes Humane Society and Animal Defense League in San Antonio Tx. We are mostly street rescuers for dumped, abandoned, injured and abused dogs. We take in pregnant strays if they are trusting, if not we take their entire litter out of the environment as soon as possible to prevent harm or health complications. We also pull dogs on the euthanisa list from ACS Animal Control Services in San Antonio and surrounding areas. We do this because all dogs have feelings just as people do and they deserve to live a healthy happy life filled with love.

All About Animals Rescue is incorporated in Arizona and has recieved 501(c)3 designation from the IRS. Our EIN is 27-5410456. We are a no-kill rescue that works with dogs and cats in Maricopa County and beyond. The majority of our animals are from the local euthanasia lists as we recognize that these animals are in the most dire condition. All About Animals is dedicated to saving companion animals whose lives are in jeopardy by providing rescue, foster and adoption. All About Animals believes that it is our moral responsibility to protect and improve the lives of abused, abandoned, and homeless dogs and cats. We aim to bring together individuals who are passionate about creating a better future for our companion animals. We are committed to provide these volunteers with high quality training in order to work together in the most efficient way to ensure the well being of our animals.

Husky Pack Rescue is a non for profit (501c3) volunteer organization. It was formed to help Siberian Huskies and Siberian Husky Mixes that have been abused, neglected, abandoned, or surrendered. Our goal is to place Siberians in loving homes and to educate people about the characteristics of this wonderful, yet often misunderstood breed. But it is also to find loving homes for every dog that calls HPR their temporary home. The only way that we can accomplish these goals is with the help from the amazing volunteers that give their time with transporting and adoption events, open their homes for fostering or open their wallets for donations.

Kyle's New Hope Animal Rescue is a non-profit organization dedicated to saving the lives of animals that have run out of options. Dogs and cats that are injured, abused, abandoned and neglected will be provided veterinary care and surgery to be rehabilitated and adopted into loving homes. All animals will receive up to date vaccinations, be spayed or neutered and microchipped... all in an effort to reduce the amount of unnecessary euthanasia in shelters and hospitals.
