Match Made in Heaven Animal Rescue is an all volunteer rescue organization in California and Oregon. We are dedicated to rescuing dogs, of all breeds and sizes, from the many overpopulated shelters of California where they are at high risk of being euthanized. Many of these dogs have been abandoned, neglected or mistreated and our goal is to give them a better life, by placing them into loving, responsible and committed forever homes, while providing a loving family pet to adopters in need of a new furever friend and family member!

The Golden Belt Humane Society is a non-profit organization dedicated to animal welfare that provides housing and medical care to unwanted and stray animals. Our mission includes the placement of these animals by adoption or by networking with rescues.

We are a rescue that save animal lives from the shelters or bad situations. We give them their happily ever after.

We are Professional Trappers that provide humane trapping for community cats to be TNVR (Trap-Neuter-Vaccinate-Return).

Hooks is for the tow truck drivers who go out daily on calls to rescue those who are in need of help. Many do not make it back home; some end up in the hospitals,physically disabled and some are even killed as other drivers do not observe the National Move Over Slow Down laws. These guys and gals are out there for all of us twenty-four hours a day! They are the unsung heroes of the road! Home Bound Is where we all are headed to find peace, comfort and security so we do not need a RESCUE. Rescue We are an organization that saves the lives of Humans and Animals alike. Our goal is to save and help those pets in need from the "HIGH KILL SHELTERS" in hopes to cut down on the "Owner surrenders", and "ABANDONMENT." We search in the rural and desolate areas to reunite those pets with true forever homes.We also fight against "NEGLECT" and "ABUSE OF ANIMALS." We strive to teach you about sterilization, micro-chipping and vaccinating your pet. With getting connected with low cost/no cost programs to assist you in keeping your pet. We will be launching a PET FOOD BANK FOR THE LOCAL COMMUNITY, soon, to help those families in need to keep their pets they consider "FAMILY"! We are not for profit and can only do this with the help of donations! Please consider donating with us! One Day we hope we can see the day we no longer have to be needed. With over-population of our pets and tens of thousands getting killed each year we want to educate the public about spaying,neutering, vaccinating and micro-chipping of your pet. We want to help those in need with our Pet Food Bank and low cost spay/neuter clinics in hopes of keeping more pets with their families. We rescue those pets in need, making sure they get the medical attention needed and if need be, training to become a happy adoptable pet. In assisting mankind, we promote the Move Over Slow Down Laws in the Towing Industry. Tow Truck drivers need your help when they help others in need, as they do their rescues.. Each time you break down in your vehicle a tow truck driver is there to assist you 24 hours a day 7 days a week, as we are here for the animals. As we work closer to be able to get our 501c3 (tax deductible status), We remind you, we can not do what we do without assistance from the public; As the more pets we rescue, the more the needs are that have to be met. Our mission is to ensure that homeless pets, pets that can no longer be cared for, as well as dogs that have no more time, come into our care and have a new outlook on life. We believe that EVERY dog has a chance at a long, healthy life full of love and snuggles. We believe in the 3 R's....RESCUE, REHABILITATE, RE-HOME. Every dog that comes into our care will be treated with compassion and respect. All of our rescue dogs are an extension of our family, and therefore are treated as such. There will be endless amounts of love, affection, and snuggles.

The new shelter opened in February 2010. At that time , the Shelter manager had resigned and no new person had been hired. FCHS volunteers were instrumental in the move from the old shelter to the new one. We were still not entirely welcomed or appreciated, but the PD needed us and therefore encouraged us to participate. With the new shelter came new opportunities. Adoptions soared with additional traffic to the new clean facility. Unfortunately so also did intake. In April 2010 a new shelter manager was hired. Unfortunately, old procedures continued to plague the operations and many foster homes were added to try to keep as many animals as possible alive long enough to find them adopters or rescue. It was a trying time. Managers came and went and so did our volunteers. Many found it too discouraging to try to save an animal and then find out it was put to sleep just because it had been on the books for too many days. Volunteers dropped out like flies. Foster homes disappeared. Only a few die hards remained. The writing was on the wall. Finally the PD realized that the politics of running a humane shelter was a nightmare for them and in 2016 they asked the Humane Society to take over operations. Although this had been suggested several times before, the HS had not been in a position to accept due to shortage of funds. A wonderful bequest from a cat loving citizen who died in 2015 made it possible to accept the responsibility of running the shelter. The rest, as they say, is history. We took over operations on January 1, 2017. Although many predicted that we would fail, in fact, even hoped for it, we proved them wrong. Through our leadership the shelter has become one of the most progressive in the state.

We are a shelter less organization dedicated to the rescuing, rehabilitation and re-homering of Great Pyrenees. We rescue Great Pyr's in danger of euthanization from high kill shelters in Texas and re-home them across the western states. We educate our adopters and only choose the best homes for these dogs.

The Delta Humane Society & SPCA is a true no-kill animal shelter. We provide shelter, medical care and adoption services to abandoned, lost and misplaced pets. Each animal that comes into our shelter is given vaccinations and placed under surveillance until it is determined that the animal is ready to go home with a loving new owner. Every animal has been spayed or neutered before adoption. Our staff does this for the love of our furbabies. Each one is given the love an attention they need until they find a forever home.

We are the County shelter. We have 3 dog wardens that respond to calls of strays, abandoned dogs, and respond to calls from law enforcement when there is a dog involved. We work with rescues to move dogs out when a dog is not redeemed by their owner or an owner is not found. We adopt out dogs in our shelter after their hold is up if they are adoptable.

We have been doing this for over 8 years and just continue to evolve. Our main goal is to keep cats out of our shelters so they don’t get sick and die or be euthanized. We used to hold kitties till 3-4 months and spay/neuter and send to larger rescues for store adoptions. Many of the cats we get do not do well in the stores or are skittish when we get them. So we began looking for quality homes with experienced cat owners. It seems the more we do, the less the shelters around us do. They closed their doors to intakes back early in March when the virus hit and cats are being thrown everywhere to birth and nurse kittens in the cold outdoors or wherever they can try to find safety. It is heartbreaking. Since so many new fosters have stepped up, we decided now was our time to grow. But my records are a mess. I need desperate help.

We are Tails of the Unwanted. We started this rescue group to provide dogs and cats a chance at a new start in life. Our animals go into foster homes to become acclimated in home life after leaving the chaos of the shelter environment. We love our animals like they are our own and give them the highest care possible.

ith the help of other rescues, we gather dogs from remote, rural shelters and areas, where they have little hope of making it out alive. We work with our pawtners in the PNW and the NE to find homes for these dogs. CTR provides financial help for the vetting and transport of these lucky dogs. Our tagline is “Their Lives Begin With a Journey” and we could not be more fulfilled to have been a part of their journey.

We are a small, home based rescue formed by me and a few friends. We try to foster any dog that arrives if they are not directly adopted. We want dogs to know love as soon as they leave the shelter.

HHMN was started by 3 friends that have a passion for taking care of dogs. We work with other groups that are rescuing dogs from bad situations and make sure that all get the medical help that they need and also find forever homes.

we are a 501c3 non profit rescue. We are foster based. We only pull animals from our local shelter in Yuba City. We take shelter dogs and foster dogs to PetSmart every Saturday for an adoption event. I have been the director for 3 years but have been a volunteer since ResQpaws inception in 2011. I love what I do. It is very rewarding finding homes for the dogs and cats. I love animals and enjoy finding the perfect homes for each pet.

We have a Dog Daycare business, and started Pawsitively Saved Rescue in order save the lives of as many dogs as possible. Once out of intake, these rescue dogs can then start training and socializing to start their path to a successful, happy life in a loving home.
