Created âFor the love of Pugsâ, the mission of our rescue is both simple and impactful. We pledge to:

â¢ Provide a safe alternative to shelters for pugs in need using loving foster homes

â¢ Provide medical care and help them on their journey to an adoptive, forever home

â¢ Educate current and prospective owners about the unique needs and health issues associated with the pug breed

â¢ Coordinate with other local and pug-specific rescues to facilitate transport, placement, and care for pugs in our service area

Appalachian Pug Rescue Cash Bingo

Appalachian Pug Rescue is hosting a Cash Bingo fundraiser on April 18th at Checkerspot Brewery in Baltimore, MD. The event will bring together approximately 120 local supporters, dog owners, and community members to raise funds for veterinary care, medical rehabilitation, and lifesaving support for rescued pugs throughout the Appalachian region. In addition to cash bingo prizes, the event will feature several high-value raffle baskets sponsored by local partners. We are seeking a Baltimore Water Taxi experience package (such as group passes or cruise certificates) to serve as a featured raffle item. All proceeds directly support medical treatment, spay/neuter services, and placement of rescue dogs into safe, loving homes.
